Nikki Silvestri

Nikki Silvestri is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in social justice and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as the CEO of Soil and Shadow since January 2015, Nikki also holds the position of Senior Advisor at JumpScale since May 2020. Previous roles include Executive Director at Green For All from February 2014 to October 2014 and at People's Grocery from January 2010 to December 2013. Nikki began a career in leadership as the Special Assistant to the President at Slow Food USA in 2009. Nikki earned a Master of Arts in African American Studies with a concentration in Public Policy from UCLA in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies with a concentration in Theater Arts from UCLA in 2006.
