Michael Giorgione has extensive experience in various industries. Their career began in 2010 when they joined the Rotary Club 33 as a Member. In 2011, they became Chairman of the Coronado Transportation Commission and President & CEO of LEADINGLEADERS LLC. In 2012, they joined the Board of Directors at San Juan Construction. In 2013, they became a Principal at Geosyntec Consultants. In 2014, they were appointed Officer of the National Board at the Society of American Military Engineers and Chairman of the Industrial & Professional Advisory Council at Penn State University. In 2016, they became Chairman of the Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association. In 2017, they wrote the book Inside Camp David: The Private World of the Presidential Retreat. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at LeanFM Technologies.

Michael Giorgione's education history includes graduating from Gateway High School in 1976, the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering in 1981, Penn State University with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1988, Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business with an Advanced Management Program in 2003, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with an Executive Business Course I in 2008.
