Neil Grevitt

IT/Build Manager at JUMPSHIP

Neil Grevitt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Neil is currently working as an IT/Build Manager at JUMPSHIP since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Arqiva from April 2016 to November 2020 as a Service Improvement and Portfolio Manager. Neil briefly worked as a Technical Support Supervisor at Penningtons Manches LLP from January 2016 to April 2016. In 2015, Neil was self-employed as an IT Consultant and also worked as an IT Service Manager seeking new opportunities. Before that, they worked at Microsoft for several years, first as an Operations Engineer Lead from 2006 to 2012, and then as a Service Manager from 2012 to 2014. Neil served as an IT Manager at Lionhead Studios from December 2002 to May 2006. Neil started their career as a Network Support Engineer at Dynax Systems from August 1998 to December 2002 and as a Network Recovery Engineer at Adam Associates from 1996 to 1998, where they gained valuable experience in disaster recovery tests and support. Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated strong skills in IT service management, process management, effective communication, and collaboration across various stakeholders and seniority levels.

Neil Grevitt began their education at Cranbourne in Basingstoke from 1985 to 1990. Neil then attended Queen Mary's Sixth Form in Basingstoke from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Business Studies at the A Level. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, Neil attended Farnborough College of Technology and obtained an HND in Computing.

In addition to their formal education, Neil has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL® Intermediate certificates in IT Service Strategy and IT Service Design, also from BCS. In 2014, they earned the ITIL® Intermediate certificate in IT Continual Service Improvement from BCS. Furthermore, Neil obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications from APMG-International in 2015. Finally, in 2017, Neil achieved the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
