Jon Grimm

Jon Grimm has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jon currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at TPA Stream, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, Jon was a Board Member at DigitalC since October 2019.

Jon's previous positions include being a Member of the Board of Directors at The Cleveland Museum of Natural History since 2000, and a Managing Partner at HVO Partners since January 1995.

In 2016, Jon worked as an Entrepreneur & CFO in Residence at JumpStart Inc., where they provided advice and developed financial processes for early-stage businesses and portfolio investments in Northeast Ohio.

From 2015 to 2021, Jon was the Past Chair of the Board of Directors at Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Jon also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Youngstown Business Incubator/Jumpstart Entrepreneurial Network from April 2015 to June 2016.

In the past, Jon held leadership positions such as COO/CFO Akron at IgnitionOne from 2014 to 2015, and COO & CFO at Knotice, a digital marketing software and services firm, where they grew the company from 6 to 75 employees before its acquisition by IgnitionOne in March 2014.

Additionally, Jon has experience as an Investment Banker at Holmes Hollister & Co., a boutique investment bank they co-founded in 2000. The firm merged with Fahnestock & Co. in 2002 and was subsequently merged with Oppenheimer & Co.

Jon Grimm attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Jon then pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 1988 to 1990, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business.
