Carly L. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2016 as a Music Producer for Blissai. In 2018, Carly worked as a Budtender and Receptionist at Monterey Bay Alternative Medicine, where they were responsible for educating customers about cannabis products, operating the cash register, and maintaining accurate records. In 2021, Carly joined Suja Organic as a Field Marketing Brand Ambassador and later became the Field Marketing Team Lead. In 2022, Carly worked as a Brand Builder at JuneShine, a Field Marketing Representative at Dr. Bronner's, and a Field Marketing Representative/Wana Brand Ambassador at The Free Agency.
