Cody Cleaver

Cody Cleaver is an experienced production and process management professional with a strong background in engineering and business. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Jungbunzlauer since December 2020, Cody oversees operations at the glucose plant. Prior to this role, Cody was a Process Lead at Ingredion Incorporated, where responsibilities included managing production for the prebiotic line, ensuring compliance with EHS&S standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. With a foundational role as Project Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions, Cody led a team to optimize engineering costs. Cody holds a Master of Business Administration from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, a Master of Engineering in Reaction/Process Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Chemical Engineering from Western University.
