Heiko Albus

Heiko Albus is an experienced professional in the field of service documentation, technical information, and product management, currently serving as the Head of Service Documentation & Assessments, Head of Technical Information Spare Parts, and Head of Tools and Assessment at Jungheinrich AG since December 2018.
