Neil Willcocks is an experienced technical advisor with a diverse background in strategy and technology across various industries. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor for Supply Change Capital and Chief Advisor for Strategy & Technology at Thinking Forks, Neil also holds the position of Chief Technical Advisor at Junglegold Bali and Air Protein, where Neil chairs the Scientific Advisory Board. Previously, Neil worked as Chief Technology Officer at Chew and spent several years at Mars, where roles included Vice President of Global Research & Development for Mars Wrigley Confectionery and Vice President of Research & Development at Mars Petcare US. Neil's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry (Honors) from Loughborough University and executive education at Harvard Business School and London Business School.

For over a decade we’ve been working directly with farmers in Bali to produce the finest cacao beans which we use to create premium bean-to-bar chocolate. Our beans travel a short distance from the farms to our factory where we roast and grind small batches from individual cooperatives to handcraft our award-winning chocolate. Being close to the farms enables us to maintain the highest quality while supporting farmers with a price premium that means farmers benefit from our chocolate as much as you enjoy it. Being fully plant-based our chocolate can be enjoyed by everyone.
