Leni Smith

Leni Smith has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and Project Director at Junior Achievement of South Florida since January 2008. Prior to this role, Leni held the position of Director of Operations for MDM Group at the Ft Lauderdale Air & Sea Show from February 1996 to 2008. Leni also worked as a Personal Family Representative for a private family during the same timeframe and served as Director of Special Events at Junior Achievement of South Florida from April 1994 to 1996. Earlier in Leni's career, commercial real estate appraisal was the focus from 1984 to 1986 at Allison Appraisal Service. Leni's educational background includes studies at Oakland Community College in Michigan.
