Noelle Hardy

Noelle Hardy has had a variety of roles and experiences in different organizations. In 2022, they became a Youth Advisory Council Member at the Los Angeles County Office of Education. At Junior State of America (JSA), they served as the Director of Political Operations, starting in August 2022. In the same year, they also had the role of Deputy Policy Director at California High School Democrats, starting in July 2022. In 2021, they were the Federal Mobilizations Director at Generation Ratify, and also a member of the California Policy Team. Additionally, in 2022, they served as the Women's Caucus Advocacy Director at High School Democrats of America. In 2021, they held positions as Party Council Member and Director of Assembly Outreach at The Junior State of America Foundation.

Noelle Hardy attended Pacific Palisades Charter High School from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a degree in Political Science and Government and earned their High School Diploma.
