Heath Melton

Heath Melton currently serves as Chief Development Officer at Juniper Capital and President at HSM Interest LLC, both positions held since March and June 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The Howard Hughes Corporation, where Melton was President of the Phoenix Region and held various vice president positions from August 2015 to March 2024. Notable earlier roles include Senior Vice President of MPC Residential Development at Howard Hughes Corporation - Houston and Director of Land Development at Taylor Morrison. Melton began the professional career in the US ARMY as a CPT after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in General Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2000.
