Craig Hine

Craig Hine is an accomplished professional in capital markets and commercial real estate with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets at Juniper Square since March 2021, Craig focuses on connecting investors with private investment opportunities. Previously, as a Managing Director at Spear Street Capital from August 2008 to September 2020, Craig led various aspects of a $5Bn private equity platform centered on opportunistic office investments in North America and Europe. Craig's extensive background also includes roles as Vice President and Associate at Spear Street Capital, a Summer Associate at TMG Partners, a Senior Analyst at Morgan Stanley, and a Corporate Paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
