Head of Technical Computing at Juno

Michael C. Caton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael C. currently works at Juno as the Head of Technical Computing, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Technical Computing Director at Juno from 2021 to September 2022, and as the Technical Computing Lead from 2020 to 2021.

Before joining WeWork, Caton worked at Ennead Architects LLP as an Architect and Applied Computing Manager from 2013 to 2018. Michael C. was responsible for facilitating the improvement of colleagues' capabilities in digital design methodologies and worked on various institutional projects.

Michael C. also gained experience at Adjaye Associates as an Architect, specifically serving as a Project Architect for the 130 William project in 2016. Michael C. led documentation and coordination efforts for the tower's facade systems.

Additionally, Caton worked at Jaklitsch/Gardner Architects as an Intermediate Architect in 2013, where they led fast-paced projects, including design leadership for the New York Flagship location of Marc Jacobs and construction administration for a historic Hudson Valley residence.

Caton started their career at STUDIO V Architecture, PLLC as a Project Designer from 2011 to 2013. Michael C. led the winning competition team for the Empire Stores RFP and managed a team of designers while focusing on the conceptual development of projects.

Prior to their formal roles, Caton worked as an independent architectural designer, taking on projects autonomously across different countries from 2010 to 2012. Michael C. worked on notable projects such as the Yas Viceroy Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Unite, Unire in Rome, and Karle Hubs 1&2 in Bangalore.

Michael C. Caton holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute. Michael C. obtained this degree and specialized in the field of Architecture. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Michael C. is a Certified Design Thinking Practitioner, having completed the program offered by the LUMA Institute in April 2019. Furthermore, they are a Registered Architect, licensed by the New York State Board of Education since April 2015. Additionally, they obtained the LEED AP, Building Design + Construction certification from USGBC New York in March 2014.
