Strategic Enterprise Accounts CSM at Juno Journey

Dan Seban has a diverse work experience. Dan started their career as a Basketball Coach and Languages Teacher at a Chinese Primary School from 2016 to 2017. Then, they worked as a Business Development Manager at StartupEast Ventures from 2017 to 2018, where they established successful cooperation and business opportunities and expanded the company's portfolio resources. After that, they worked at appalgo as a Global CSM from 2018 to 2019, managing customer accounts, providing insights, and acting as the main point of contact for enterprise accounts. In 2019, Dan joined TechnoArt.org as an Associate Project Manager, where they planned and executed events, managed a startup hub, and established collaborations with investors and partners. Later in 2019, they joined CommBox as a Technical Partners & Customer Success Manager, where they managed global partners and clients accounts, identified upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and implemented customized solutions for clients. Currently, Dan works at Juno Journey as an Enterprise CSM since 2023.

Dan Seban 丹 has a diverse education history. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Haifa and received their Bachelor's Degree in Asian Studies and Business Management in 2018. During their time at the university, they also had the opportunity to study Chinese Language and Culture at Xiamen University from 2016 to 2017. Recently, in 2021, Dan attended Product Experts to specialize in Project Management.
