Jesse Harootunian has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on recruitment and talent management in the administrative, legal, and support divisions. In 2013, they also took part in a study abroad program at the University of Ghana. Prior to their university education, they attended Delran High School from 2007 to 2011, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
