Jesse Harootunian has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on recruitment and talent management in the administrative, legal, and support divisions. Currently working at Juno Search Partners as the Vice President of the Administrative & Legal Division, they lead the team and handles full life cycle recruitment while also managing accounts and business development. Previously, they held the position of Director in the same division. Prior to Juno Search Partners, Jesse served as a Talent Manager and Talent Associate in the Administrative Support Division. Jesse's work experience also includes being a Board Member at The POWER of Professional Women. Furthermore, they have gained valuable experience through various roles in Loyola University Maryland's Student Government Association, where they advocated for students and implemented policies to promote their health and safety. Additionally, Jesse worked as an Intern for the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City, where they assisted with investigations related to domestic violence and child abuse cases.
Jesse (Headman) Harootunian completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they also took part in a study abroad program at the University of Ghana. Prior to their university education, they attended Delran High School from 2007 to 2011, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
