Pradeep Singla

Pradeep Singla currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Junomoneta Finsol Pvt. Ltd., having joined in June 2023, in a proprietary trading firm known for its excellent work culture. Previously, from January 2013 to July 2023, Pradeep held the position of Director at KRDS Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd., where The Option School was launched to promote financial literacy. Prior to that, Pradeep worked as General Manager (Sales & Marketing) at Kent RO Systems Ltd. from April 2010 to May 2013, focusing on channel and direct sales in the Delhi NCR region, and enhancing product visibility across the distribution network. Pradeep began career at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in June 1996, serving as Deputy Manager and achieving the sales performance award for ranking first in Branded Petrol Sales (SPEED) until April 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and further studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
