Carlos Y. Lobato has served with the Junta de Andalucía since 2007 in various educational roles, including Director of an educational center, trainer in ICT and emerging methodologies, and Physical Education teacher. Carlos coordinates the research project PIV-057-21, focusing on digital competence and student well-being. Additionally, Carlos has worked as an independent consultant at CM Consultoría and as an editor with Avanzamos, also preparing candidates for teaching positions. Carlos has contributed as a document reviewer for international journals and has previous experience in the Andalusian Basketball Federation in training and technical roles. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at the Universidad de Cádiz, Carlos holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Educational Management and Quality from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and has trained in physical education and therapeutic pedagogy from Universidad Camilo José Cela.
