Hugo Lago Santos

Hugo Lago Santos is an experienced product analyst currently working at Juntos Somos Mais since January 2022, focusing on innovation and managing both quantitative and qualitative data for product development. Previously, Hugo served as an intern in the People Control Department at Grupo Tigre, where significant contributions included creating the first global HR indicators dashboard and initiating a diversity project. In a leadership role at UP Consultoria Jr., Hugo implemented Scrum methodologies, improving internal transparency and increasing the average ticket size of the company. Additional experience includes consulting in production engineering and management while also holding director roles in project management and team administration at Lots Aerodesign.
