Nicole Schmidt - Hayes

Nicole Schmidt-Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Nicole started their career in 1994 as a Cashier Customer Service at The Andersons, Inc., where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2006, Nicole worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Omnicare, a CVS Health company. In 2007, they transitioned to ProMedica Bay Park Hospital, where they served as a Pharmacy Technician until 2012. Afterwards, they joined ProMedica Senior Care in 2006 as a Hospice Account Management. In this role, they monitored and reported on key performance indicators, analyzed data for effective marketing strategies, and streamlined processes for greater efficiency and cost savings. Currently, Nicole is an Account Manager at Jupmode, starting in 2023.

Nicole Schmidt-Hayes attended Davis College from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Business Management. Nicole did not obtain a degree during their time there.
