Monica Natayo has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Monica began their career as a Kitchen Staff at PT. Sari Burger Indonesia in 2008. In 2010, they moved to PT. Elshinta Jakarta Televisi as an Accounting Budget. In 2011, they worked as an Accounting Staff at PT. Paramategak Beton Indonesia. In 2012, Monica moved to PT. Gilang Agung Persada as a Senior Account Receivable, where they worked for 5 years and 1 month. Monica then moved to PT. MNC Lisensi Internasional as a Finance Specialist in 2017. In 2020, they were a Finance Supervisor at Carsome. Most recently, in 2022, Monica began working as a Finance Operation Supervisor at Juragan Material, where they are responsible for handling and supervising Account Receivable, Account Payable, and Tax. Her duties include checking Delivery Orders, creating Invoices, handing over to Tax to create Witholding Tax, doing Invoice Exchanging, following up with customers and vendors, maintaining reports, and more.

Monica Natayo has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Tarumanagara (2005-2010), a Senior High School diploma from Abdi Siswa Senior High School (2002-2005), and a Junior High School diploma from Sang Timur Junior High School (1999-2002).
