Neil Gooding

Neil Gooding has a long and diverse work experience. Neil has held various financial leadership roles in different companies throughout their career. Gooding was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cuckoo and Jurassic Fibre. Neil also worked as a Finance Transformation Consultant at MYCOM OSI and as a Senior Consultant at Cambridge Management Consulting Limited. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Director at Lite Access Technologies Inc. Gooding has also worked as the CFO of the Transformation Office at Digicel Group and as the CFO of Emtel, a full-service telecoms operator. Neil has extensive experience in finance, treasury, tax, regulatory reporting, procurement, and more. Gooding has worked in various CFO positions in different companies, including Digicel Antilles Francaises Guyane and Cable & Wireless West Indies. In these roles, they have led finance teams responsible for a wide range of activities. Additionally, they have held several vice-president roles at Cable & Wireless Panama S.A., where their responsibilities included managing special projects, financial planning and analysis, and financial control. Gooding has also been involved in strategic planning, pricing strategies, and product development. Throughout their career, they have worked on projects in various locations and has led audit teams in different countries.

Neil Gooding attended Stowmarket High School from 1981 to 1986 where they obtained A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Neil then pursued a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering at Aston University from 1986 to 1990. Neil furthered their education at the ICAEW from 1990 to 1993, obtaining FCA and BFP degrees.
