Cecilie Kjelland

Cecilie Kjelland currently holds the position of Head of Compliance at Statens pensjonskasse (SPK) and serves on the Fagutvalg Compliance at JUS - Juristenes Utdanningssenter. With extensive experience as a legal speaker at various conferences and post-graduate courses, Cecilie has contributed to the fields of compliance, company law, and governance since January 2008. Previous roles include Chief Legal, Compliance & HR Officer at B2 Impact ASA, Vice President of the European Company Lawyers Association, and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at B2Holding ASA. Cecilie has also held various legal positions at Yara International ASA, including Group Head of Data Privacy and Legal Counsel. Academic credentials include a Dr.iur in International Sales Law from the University of Freiburg and an LL.M. in International Law from Ruhr University Bochum, complemented by a Cand.jur degree from the University of Oslo.
