Scott J. Frederick, JD, LL.M. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Scott J. then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1994. After their law degree, Scott J. Frederick obtained several certifications, including being a Member in Good Standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 1994 and becoming a Member of the Ohio State Bar Association in November 1994. In October 1995, they also obtained the certifications of being a Member of the Bar in Good Standing with the United States District Court of Ohio, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

In 2020, Scott J. Frederick began pursuing a Master of Laws degree in Gaming Laws and Regulation at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Scott J. completed the program in 2021.
