Scott J. Frederick, JD, LL.M. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Scott J. started their career in 1991 as a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of Prosecuting Attorney in Butler County. From 1996 to 2004, they served as a Magistrate Judge at the Municipal Court in the City of Hamilton, Ohio. In 1994, Frederick joined a Law Office as an Attorney At Law and General Counsel, specializing in complex litigation, including multi-jurisdictional class action matters. Scott J. also served as General Counsel at Rebell Wrap LLC. In 2003, Frederick founded Just Candy and served as the Founder, Former CEO, and General Counsel, managing all aspects of the business and overseeing its acquisition by a national retail chain. In the same year, they also became the Principal Owner of RebEll Enterprises Inc. In 2015, Frederick founded Just Candy LLC. Overall, Frederick has extensive experience in trial law, appellate advocacy, complex litigation, and business management.

Scott J. Frederick, JD, LL.M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and English from the University of Dayton in 1991. Scott J. then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1994. After their law degree, Scott J. Frederick obtained several certifications, including being a Member in Good Standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 1994 and becoming a Member of the Ohio State Bar Association in November 1994. In October 1995, they also obtained the certifications of being a Member of the Bar in Good Standing with the United States District Court of Ohio, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

In 2020, Scott J. Frederick began pursuing a Master of Laws degree in Gaming Laws and Regulation at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Scott J. completed the program in 2021.
