Sherree Fielding

Sherree Fielding M.A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational and people management roles. Currently serving as Group Chief Operating Officer at Just Clear® since December 2024, Sherree oversees environmental services focused on the removal and clearance of unwanted items. Prior to this, Sherree held the position of Group People Director at Just Ask Estate Services Ltd and Nexgen uk 3 from May 2023 to December 2024, where responsibilities included directing people functions, payroll, talent acquisition, health and safety, and mergers and acquisitions across five companies with a collective workforce of 3,500. Sherree holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
