With a background in talent management, learning and development, and strategic consulting, Krista has a wealth of experience in creating innovative strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain talent. Throughout her career, she has worked for various companies such as Catalyze, AGC Biologics, Stryker, F5 Networks, Dale Carnegie Training, and DeVry University, holding roles such as Sr. Director of Human Resources, Sr. Talent & Development Consultant, and Global Learning and Development Manager. Krista holds a Master's in Rhetoric/Communications, an MBA, and certifications in Organization Development and Senior Professional in Human Resources.
