Jill Brahms

Jill Brahms, PHR, currently serves as the VP, Head of HR Business Partners at Corient since March 2024. Previously, Jill held the position of Director, Global HR Lead - Treasury at Citi from March 2022 to October 2023, where efforts concentrated on workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent development during a significant transformation phase. During a three-year tenure at Fitch Ratings, Jill operated as the Global HR Lead, focusing on firmwide transformation and strategic planning for the Technology organization. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Cognizant as Senior Director of Human Resources, managing HR for over 5,000 associates, and positions at Brown Brothers Harriman and Deutsche Bank, leading HR initiatives across multiple organizations. Jill's career began as a Senior HR Generalist at Bloomberg, overseeing R&D and shared services. Jill holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned the PHR designation from Villanova University.
