Kristian Eschenburg

Kristian Eschenburg, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist at Just - Evotec Biologics, specializing in the development of AI methods for in-silico de novo antibody design since April 2022. Previously, Kristian worked as a Data Scientist at Curi Bio, focusing on AI models for predicting cell differentiation and software development for phenotypic analysis. As a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Washington, significant contributions included creating unsupervised and supervised machine learning models for MRI segmentation, designing graph neural networks, and leading a cross-department study resulting in impactful publications. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Phase Genomics and a Data Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, along with research assistance at various institutions. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from UCLA and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Washington.
