Matthew Scruggs

Matthew Scruggs has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Matthew currently holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at JustFoodForDogs, a role they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Retail Officer at the same company from June 2021 to August 2023. Before joining JustFoodForDogs, they worked as the Vice President, Starbucks Brand at HMSHost from April 2019 to December 2020. Matthew also held the position of Vice President Foodservice at Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. from June 2018 to April 2019. Matthew's career started at Starbucks in 2002, where they held various roles including Senior National Account Executive, National Account Executive, District Manager, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. Matthew also gained experience in sales management at Norpac Fisheries Export as a Sales Manager and at Honolulu Coffee Company as a Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista.
