DDS Dobson-Smith has extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and change management. With roles such as Chief People Officer at Just Global, CEO and Founder of Soul Trained, and various advisory and leadership positions at companies like Sony Music Entertainment and Marks and Spencer, DDS has a proven track record of driving growth and fostering positive workplace culture.

DDS Dobson-Smith obtained a BA (Hons) in Hotel & Business Management from Birmingham College of Food, Tourism & Creative Studies from 1990 to 1995. Subsequently, they pursued various postgraduate diplomas and certificates in fields such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching and Mentoring, and Psychotherapy. They have also earned a Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Sexuality from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Additionally, they completed internships in Enneagram and Coaching Supervision.
