Veli Aghdiran

Veli Aghdiran has held various leadership roles in the field of global learning and people experience. Starting in 2009 as a Company Director and Founder at Blatant Word Ltd, specializing in online marketing consultancy, Veli progressed to roles such as SVP of Global Learning & Experience at Essence and VP of People & Organisational Effectiveness at GroupM. In recent years, Veli has taken on roles such as SVP of Global Capability & Learning at EssenceMediacom UK and SVP of Global Head of People Experience at Just Global, Inc. Throughout their career, Veli has demonstrated expertise in talent development, culture building, and strategic leadership.

Veli Aghdiran completed a MA (Cantab) degree in Modern and Medieval Languages with a focus on Russian and French from the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Veli obtained an Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation.
