Del R. is a seasoned media and digital activation professional with extensive experience in driving profitability and optimizing media strategies across APAC and Japan. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Media and Digital Activation at Just Global since September 2022, notable achievements include being named one of the six Global Teammates of the Year for 2025 and increasing media revenue threefold through strong client relationships and advanced data analysis. Prior roles include Associate Account Director at Merkle, Account Director at Mediatropy Digital Agency, and Head of Social Media at The Idea Lab, among others. Del R. holds a Diploma in Data Analytics from the London School of Business and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from De La Salle University.
