Elric Crouch

Elric Crouch is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving as an Agile Coach at Rabobank since February 2023, where responsibility includes re-writing the chapter way of working for 14,500 FTE. Crouch is also a Partner at Just Good People, focusing on connecting business managers with Agile professionals and developing strategies for the Agile Business Unit. Additionally, Crouch has provided strategic and operational support at Studio Stomp since September 2014, and previously held Agile coaching roles at DPG Media Nederland, TenneT, Mollie, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., ING, Backbase, and TNT, with a consistent focus on implementing and enhancing Agile processes across various organizations.
