Elric Crouch is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving as an Agile Coach at Rabobank since February 2023, where responsibility includes re-writing the chapter way of working for 14,500 FTE. Crouch is also a Partner at Just Good People, focusing on connecting business managers with Agile professionals and developing strategies for the Agile Business Unit. Additionally, Crouch has provided strategic and operational support at Studio Stomp since September 2014, and previously held Agile coaching roles at DPG Media Nederland, TenneT, Mollie, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., ING, Backbase, and TNT, with a consistent focus on implementing and enhancing Agile processes across various organizations. Academic background includes studies at ALO and CIOS.

Just Good People
Wij van Just Good People… adviseren Just Good People. We hebben bij Just Good People twee simpele regels: 1. we nemen goede mensen aan en 2. we zorgen goed voor deze mensen. Dat is de basis van ons succes en de reden dat onze collega’s meestal jarenlang collega blijven. Punt. Sinds 2019 verbinden we onze eigen Interim Professionals aan te gekke opdrachtgevers zoals Rituals, Action, Tony’s Chocolonely en KLM. Dat betekent dat je bij ons in vaste dienst bent (je weet wel; salaris, pensioen, auto van de zaak, dat soort dingen…), via ons opleidingen volgt en met ons regelmatig een feestje viert. En tegelijkertijd deel je je kennis, ervaring en energie met opdrachtgevers die jouw hulp goed kunnen gebruiken. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om in diverse keukens een kijkje te kunnen nemen, veel te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Oh ja, goed om te vermelden… we nemen onszelf niet zo serieus.
