Rhea Carter

Rhea Carter is a development professional with extensive experience in grant writing and fundraising, currently serving as the Development Manager at Just Transition Fund since September 2024. Previously, Rhea worked as a Grant Writing and Fundraising Specialist at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass and as a Grant Writing Consultant for Vision Granted. An AmeriCorps member with Partners for Rural Impact, Rhea also held multiple roles at Berea College, including Admissions Representative and Social Media Coordinator for the Communication Department. Rhea's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Berea College and a Certificate in Grant Writing from UMass Boston.
