Lars-Henrik Friis Molin has extensive experience as a founder, chairman, and board member in various companies and organizations. In 1988, as an MBA student, they founded Universum, a company aimed at improving communication between students and recruiting companies. Lars-Henrik served as the founder and chairman of Universum for 30 years until it was acquired by Axel Springer in 2018. In 1997, they founded Nova 100, a talent network connecting the top 100 students in Sweden. Lars-Henrik also founded and chaired UBI Global, which provides benchmark services for university business incubators. Additionally, they co-founded and initiated Just Arrived Sweden, a digital platform for providing job opportunities to newly arrived refugees. Lars-Henrik has held various leadership roles in other companies as well, including Talent Inc., Constellation Group AB, and Cap Prive. In 2016, they founded the Future Talent Council, a global strategy group focused on shaping the future of talent and work. Overall, Lars-Henrik has a diverse background and has played key roles in multiple organizations spanning various industries.
