Jane Heiler

Jane Heiler is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading people and culture initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Team Lead Courier HR Operations at Just Eat Takeaway.com since February 2023, Jane manages a team of 30 HR specialists supporting approximately 9,000 couriers. Prior roles include Senior People and Culture Manager at getquin, where Jane contributed to the growth of Europe's largest investment community, and at Pets Deli, a leading premium pet food brand in Germany. Jane also held the position of People and Culture Manager at Schubkraft Digital GmbH and has earlier experience as a Project Assistant in HR and in marketing and sales. Jane holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Potsdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication Sciences from Technische Universität Dresden.
