Naoil Sbai

Naoil Sbai is a highly experienced UX researcher with a significant tenure at Just Eat Takeaway.com, where leadership escalated from Lead UX Researcher in July 2021 to Global Team Lead in February 2022, focusing on data-driven business strategies and team empowerment. Prior roles include Lead UX Researcher positions at StepStone and TUI Group, as well as teaching experience in user-centered design at Université Grenoble Alpes. Naoil is a founding member of Flux, an organization dedicated to supporting female leaders in UX. Educational credentials include a PhD in Social and Experimental Psychology from Pierre Mendès-France University and a Master's degree in Neurocognition and Social Cognition from Université Pierre Mendès-France.
