Sal Troia serves as the Global Head of Engineering Operations & Reliability at Just Eat Takeaway.com since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sal was the Director of Managed Services at Resolute Technology Solutions Inc. from August 2009 to May 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring the effective delivery of managed services and adherence to service level agreements. Sal's extensive experience in technology management includes key roles at Investors Group, where leadership spanned multiple positions including Manager of System Operations and Manager of Infrastructure Managed Services. Sal's career began at Investors Group Financial Services Inc. in 1989, evolving through various technical roles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Manitoba, complemented by a Leadership Management Development Program from IG Institute.
