Anna Wyse

Anna Wyse currently serves as Group General Counsel at Just Group plc, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Anna was the Legal Director for the Open Division at Phoenix Group from November 2020 to October 2025, acting as a legal business partner. Anna's extensive legal experience includes serving as General Counsel at ReAssure and at Swiss Re, where responsibilities included leading a global team and managing legal risks within the Life Capital business unit. Anna's earlier career includes significant roles at Barclays Bank as Associate Director in the Senior Legal Counsel team, focusing on M&A and joint venture legal risks, and as an Associate at Allen & Overy, specializing in general M&A and ECM. Anna holds an LLB in Law with French Law from UCL, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
