Nina M. has over 25 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and leadership roles. Nina is currently working as the Head of Data at Just Group plc, where they are leading the transformation of the data and business intelligence team. Prior to this, they worked at AXA Health as the Head of Data Strategy, Advancing Analytics & Data Science. Nina also has significant experience in the healthcare sector, having served as the Chief Data Officer at the NHS Business Services Authority and as the Head of Information Services. Nina M. has a strong background in statistical analysis and programming, having worked as a Statistician at the Dental Practice Board and as a Market and Statistical Analyst at PPP Healthcare. Nina began their career as a Visual Basic Programmer at Alliance & Leicester and also gained experience in programming and learning support at the University of Brighton.
