Simona Rigoni

Simona Rigoni currently serves as the Roster Recruitment & Certification Manager and HR Project Lead at Justice Rapid Response since November 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at OXFAM Italia from January 2010 to November 2023, where responsibilities encompassed safeguarding coordination and human resources leadership, including recruitment and performance management. Simona's earlier roles at Oxfam Italia involved project management aimed at combating Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in Italy and cultural mediation services. Additional international project management experience includes work in Angola and Serbia. Simona holds multiple certifications and training in safeguarding, human resources management, and yoga instruction, complemented by a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Florence.
