Dean Walsh

Dean Walsh is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for TiE ScaleUp at TiE Boston, where the focus is on providing startup founders with mentorship and access to a global professional network. Additionally, Dean holds the position of Project Manager for the Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative at Justice Resource Institute, overseeing a diverse Steering Committee and ensuring community engagement in the implementation of a comprehensive five-year plan to combat HIV in Boston. Dean has also served as Assistant Director of Operations at JRI Health, managing multiple human service programs and overseeing significant budget and compliance responsibilities. Dean's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from the University of Rochester, complemented by research experience in human motivation under Professor Chris Niemiec.
