Sarah Fleming

Sarah Fleming is an experienced professional in harm reduction and educational support, currently serving as the Harm Reduction Program Manager at Justice Resource Institute since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah was a clinician at Northstar Recovery Center and a patient navigator at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts. Sarah's extensive experience in case management includes overseeing programs at South Middlesex Opportunity Council, where responsibilities included managing staff and supporting individuals facing homelessness. Sarah began a career in education as an English teacher at Bird Middle School and served in various teaching roles, including assistant teacher and summer tutor for special needs students. Sarah holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts, both in English/Language Arts Teacher Education, from Framingham State University.
