Claudia Kiesenhofer has a wealth of experience in the field of software engineering and education. Claudia began their career in 2002 as a Front-line Museums Educator and Education Coordinator at the State Museums of Upper Austria. In 2003, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Europhat Umwelttechnik. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Assistant Director at the Museums Association Austria. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Director of Education and Interpretation at the State Museum of Upper Austria. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Marketing and Special Event Coordinator and the Volunteer and Community Programs Coordinator at the Myrick Hixon EcoPark. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Web Application Development with Ruby, Rails and Java Script from the Turing School of Software & Design, and also worked as a Software Developer at CaptainU. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at SportsEngine. Claudia is currently employed as a Software Engineer at JustiFi.

Claudia Kiesenhofer received their B.S. equivalent from Schule der Kreuzschwestern in 1993 after studying Preschool and Kindergarten Teacher Education. Claudia then went on to the University of Vienna where they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cultural Anthropology in 2001.
