Mohamad Badieh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mohamad started their career as a Motor Claims Supervisor at MEDGULF, where they ensured efficient handling of insurance claims and made payments to policyholders. Mohamad then worked at Boecker, first as a Sales Consultant, meeting with customers to drive service sales, and later as an Operations Officer, responsible for managing a team, maximizing productivity, and ensuring adherence to health and safety practices. Afterwards, they took on the role of Operations Supervisor at a confidential company, where they supervised daily operations, managed resources, and responded to client requests. Currently, they are working as a Quality Operations Specialist at Justlife (previously Justmop), the Middle East's leading marketplace for home services, with a vision to become a comprehensive super app.
Mohamad Badieh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing at Rafic Hariri University from 2010 to 2013. In 2015, they obtained an Insurance Foundation Certificate from the Institute of Finance in Saudi Arabia. In the same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Negotiation Skills from the Lebanese Business Academy. Before their higher education, Mohamad attended Houssam Eddine Hariri High School in 2010, where they studied Economics and Sociology.
In addition to their formal education, Mohamad has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Mohamad obtained a Negotiation Skills certification from the Lebanese Academy of Business in April 2012. More recently, they earned certifications such as Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators from LinkedIn in January 2023, and Revenue Operations from HubSpot Academy in April 2023. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications related to customer service, supply chain management, logistics, and business analysis from LinkedIn between 2020 and 2021.
