Sara Mahmoud

Sara Mahmoud has a varied work experience, starting with their current role as a Business Development Specialist at Justlife (previously Justmop) since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Call Center Agent at talabat from January 2020 to June 2020, where they greeted customers, answered their questions, and tracked their orders. Sara also provided assistance with ordering through the app and made outbound calls to restaurants to check the order status.

Before joining talabat, Sara was self-employed as a Social Media Moderator from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they also worked as an E-mail and Chat Agent at Huawei, where they provided customer support through email and chat, offered online demonstrations to educate customers, and resolved any issues they had.

Their earlier roles include working as a Receptionist at El Hamd Center from November 2016 to May 2018, where they welcomed students, took attendance, and answered general questions. Sara also collected tuition fees from students. Additionally, Sara had experience in social media marketing roles. Sara worked as a Social Media Marketing team member at MOIC ASU - Model Organization Of Islamic Co-operation from November 2016 to August 2017. Sara was also the Social Media Marketing Head at black horse from October 2016 to May 2017 and worked as part of the Social Media Marketing team at مباشر من جامعة القاهرة from July 2016 to May 2017.

Sara also worked briefly as a HR member at ADMIN from January 2016 to June 2016 and as a Marketer at Our Vision from February 2016 to May 2016. Overall, Sara has gained experience in business development, customer service, social media marketing, and office administration throughout their career.

Sara Mahmoud graduated from Cairo University in 2018 with a degree in the Faculty of Commerce. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a First Aid certificate from Edraak in January 2021. From Coursera Course Certificates, they received a certificate for Fundamentals of Graphic Design in July 2016, and a certificate for Grammar and Punctuation in June 2016. In addition, they earned an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Marketing in July 2016. Sara also completed the following courses on Udemy: Account Management for Beginners in May 2023, Time Management Mastery: Productivity & Goals Course in May 2023, Communication skills - 7 communication courses in 1 in April 2023, and Introduction to Microsoft Power BI in April 2023.
