Bruna Amaya

Bruna Amaya currently serves as the Head of Growth at Justos, an insurtech company in Latin America, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Bruna was the Head of Growth for B2B at iFood from January 2023 to October 2023. Bruna's experience also includes serving as the Growth Marketing Manager at Sami, where innovative health insurance plans are offered, and as an Academic Consultant and Mentor at Partners Academy. Bruna held several positions at Hotel Urbano, including Head of Marketing, where performance marketing strategies were developed and executed. Early career experiences involved roles as Mobile App Lead and Trainee - Growth Hacker. Academic qualifications include a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and a minor in International Teams & Organizations from the Amsterdam School of International Business. Additional education includes a French language course at Paris Langues and a secondary education from Colégio Pedro II.
