Francis Pinheiro

Francis Pinheiro has over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Francis started their career in 2013 as a Scrum Master at Bank of Canada. Francis then moved to various companies in 2015, where they were a Scrum Master and coached and mentored individuals and teams, introduced agile values, principles and practices to organisations, teams and individuals, facilitated scrum ceremonies, and identified blockers and removed impediments. In 2018, they were a Scrum Master at Phillips Investment. In 2019, they became a Scrum Master at JustPark, where they facilitated agile ceremonies and meetings, created communication channels between Product Owner and all teams, mentored, coached, and trained the team on Agile practices, values and ceremonies, and identified blockers and removed impediments.

Francis Pinheiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from University of Ibadan between 1991 and 1997. In 2019, they obtained a PSM 1 certification from Scrum.org and a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
