Carol Ordonez has over 10 years of work experience. Carol started their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Assistant at Panadería San Martín. In 2011, they joined Genpact as a Lead Collections Representative, where they assisted customers with their banking accounts and credit transactions. In 2014, they moved to Capgemini as a Senior Collector and Accounts Receivable, helping business to business clients with payments and accounting books. In 2015, they were hired as an Operations Supervisor at Conduent, where they developed, motivated and trained a team towards KPI's according to the service level agreement. In 2018, they joined Hunter Warfield as a Performance Improvement Analyst, auditing support and collections representatives to drive strategies to improve processes and performance.
