Glen Carter

Glen Carter is a retired Sr. Product Design & Development Engineer with extensive experience at Justrite Manufacturing Company L.L.C., where a significant contribution was made in establishing a new Product Design & Development Engineer Department. Prior to retirement, Glen served as Chief Technical Officer, maintaining knowledge of relevant codes and regulations while representing the company in safety and standards organizations. Glen also held the position of Product Engineering Manager, successfully leading an engineering department that achieved substantial sales growth through innovative product launches. Earlier in the career, Glen worked as a Project Engineer at Morton Manufacturing Company, focusing on capital project development and product research. Glen Carter holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and dual degrees in Technical Careers and Architectural Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
