Kate MacLean

Kate MacLean is an experienced Product Operations Manager currently at Justworks since December 2022, with a previous role in the same position at Elemy from April to July 2022. Kate has a solid background in product operations, having worked at ClassPass from August 2017 to April 2022, where roles included Senior Product Operations Specialist and Program Manager for Voice of Customer. Early in the career, Kate held positions at L'Oréal, including Customer Experience Associate and Sales Planning Intern. Educated at Colgate University, Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies and Studio Art, with additional studies at Syracuse University in Florence, Italy, and at The Winsor School.
